This workshop discusses issues relating to career management and development, targeting in particular career-pathing options, career crisis and transitions, career decision-making processes, and what would bring you the most fulfillment in a career to target.

Right out of college I started my first job and spent 21 years there. I thought I had secured my career path and that was where I was going to stay. As my career responsibilities grew I wasn't as fired up as I was earlier in my career and I began to not enjoy my work any longer. Little did I know that I was actually experiencing disengagement because the higher up the career ladder I got, the farther away I got from my natural strengths.

I didn't understand why I was feeling this "funk" in this part of my career until I took the Clifton StrengthsFinder profile and worked with a coach to become more self aware of what I did best and what were my true weakness areas.

I wanted to create a meaningful workshop that I could add value to other professionals who were either in the same "career funk" as I was or who were in job transition and needed to be able to figure out what they were truly good at and would also energize them in their next role.
